What to include.
When you contact support, include your Mac model, macOS version, TextStar version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue involves a file, describe the file type and what you were trying to do.
Writing files.
TextStar works with files you control. Please do not send manuscripts, private notes, or sensitive writing unless support specifically asks for a small sample needed to reproduce an issue.
Availability.
TextStar is being built for Mac and will be available through the Mac App Store.
